How about those Eagles, y’all?! People like an under dog story because there is nothing more American than the little guy beating the boss. Football fans got to see that on Sunday and us, as workers and as North Carolinians who are willing to work to see a change, to see a restoration of power to the people, will get to see the beginning of our own underdog story on Saturday. Saturday marks the 11th Annual Historic Thousands on Jones Street March . It is an event dedicated to the little guy beating the boss.
In Solidarity, Ashley Hawkins

Trump’s recent appointees to the National Labor Relations Board have opened a Request for Information concerning the updated 2014 Rules for Representation Elections. The 2014 Election Rules have helped to streamline the election process when workers want union representation and there have been no issues with the updated procedures! It is not common practice to request citizen’s comments on procedural updates. This is a blatant attempt to slowly pick away at the rights of organized workers. Please help put a stop to this and submit your comment demanding the NLRB preserve the election rules as they are! Let’s show a strong force in favor of labor rights! Comments will be closed on Feb 12th
