The Charlotte Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee administers the world-class apprenticeship training and education programs for the region’s union inside electrical industry through a unique collaboration of labor – International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Union Local 379 – and management – Atlantic Coast Chapter, National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
